We can only do our own bit
and make sure we are not contributing.
And as to not crossing the Pacific and government involvement - I guess it could be gathered up but where would it be put? Though I did hear, unsourced, that we were going to start shooting it into space.
Yeah, soon Gaia will shrug us off like the pestilent little fleas we are.
XO
WWWWisewebwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15281689872840844191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14874528.post-71199445039649057242008-02-07T11:16:00.000-03:302008-02-07T11:16:00.000-03:30I'd never heard of the Pacific's plastic continent...I'd never heard of the Pacific's plastic continents before, what an alarming business. Seriously though, is no government doing anything about them? Or are they just going to get bigger and bigger until you can't cross the Pacific at all?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14874528.post-18493632376047141902008-02-06T22:39:00.000-03:302008-02-06T22:39:00.000-03:30H: Awwww (blush).XOWWWH: Awwww (blush).
XO
WWWWisewebwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15281689872840844191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14874528.post-87707263772409714332008-02-06T22:38:00.000-03:302008-02-06T22:38:00.000-03:30Laurie:yes, I had read that, the damn things just ...Laurie:
yes, I had read that, the damn things just appears to be expanding so rapidly, it is frightening, especially when ships have to navigate for hundreds of miles around it!
XO
WWWWisewebwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15281689872840844191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14874528.post-480965605430552432008-02-06T17:44:00.000-03:302008-02-06T17:44:00.000-03:30Hi there WWW, there is an award waiting for you ov...Hi there WWW, there is an award waiting for you over at my blog.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14874528.post-45070094582643283792008-02-05T23:35:00.000-03:302008-02-05T23:35:00.000-03:30it's known as the floating garbage dump, and it's ...it's known as the floating garbage dump, and it's so gigantic that ships have to navigate around it.

if you want to be truly appalled, go to the L.A.
