I knit them to the heel, and then put them down, Picked them up, they became knee socks, but still, no heel, later ravelled them out. Last month I took a bag of yarn and every kind and size of needle to Goodwill. Hope they found a good home. I was only eight. Anyway, just to put the living fear into her pupils, and guarantee failure (unless, of course, you were 'too ambitious)she gave us dire warnings as to "the heel". The heel was the holy grail of knitting. Yes.<br /><br />Sofa? Like you and your sofa mine and I too are fond of each other. However, I don't do an hour. Cat naps are my forte. Max twenty minutes.
