There are many reasons s...That made me smile, WWW.<br /><br />There are many reasons some of us don't/can't knead. Lack of patience for one. All my woes came to an end when I had broken my wrist and asked the then rather young Angel (his hands correspondingly small) to do the kneading for me. It was a revelation watching him. Such dedication, such concentration on the moment. And, yes, to this day he is cool to the point of chilled. Until he finds himself face to face with a moth (at night/in the bathroom).<br /><br />As to your 'making her own ...' there is no stopping me either. Other than doing the maths. Which reminds me of my mother-in-law. A sweet woman. She died a year after her son and I got married.
