Dubya's Secret Farewell Party

This was a serious WTF? when I saw and heard this.

This pathetic cretin shows his true colours joking about Brownie and Scooter and Harriet and Cheney and the destruction of the incriminating documents.

It truly beggars disbelief that he could sink so low with not only the blood of the million and climbing Iraqis on his hands but the dead of Katrina as well. Along with outing Valerie Plame, etc. etc.

It was all just a little old joke to him, see. Worth creating a song for.

It gives off a truly gruesome stink, maybe reminiscent of Nazi Germany? Fascist Italy?

And his slavering sycophants, jumping to their feet in applause? Haven't we seen all this before in other fascist regimes? Then why are the majority of us so silent?

And impeachment is "off the table"?

We are all wearing the blue dress now.

Excuse me while I......

  1. Nazi Germany? Fascist Italy?

    Yes! Also the schoolyard.

It's long past time that America and most of its politicians, pundits, talking heads, journalists and the general public grew up. Grrrrr!

  2. The schoolyard is a good analogy. On the other hand, getting mad at Bush for being an idiot is like getting mad at a dog for barking. It doesn't change a thing. :)

  3. I think more than growing up Twilight, some level of accountability would be a start, even a tetch of awareness or of cause and effect. I can totally and completely understand now how Nazi Germany happened.

  4. I'm beyond mad, Thailandchani.
Repulsed, sickened and nauseated more like.
And it is not only Bush, he is the puppet of the regime after all.
It is the whole process that puts these psychopaths into such powerful positions and allows them to murder so many of the innocents (AKA collateral damage) of the world.

  5. Aha! You did indeed precede me - by a whole eight hours! Well, at least you know my views, if you didn't already. Yes, definitely reminiscent of early Nazi Germany. It makes the blood run cold.
